Our Work

Anyone with pain, acute or chronic, has an untreated or poorly treated orthopedic problem.  The balance and alignment of your body can be easily treated.  Start with these three exercises.  Done daily for the next four weeks.

Humans are meant to move.  Movement should be joyous and easy.  Walking is a special movement for humans requiring reciprocal and alternating movement in our trunk, pelvis and limbs.  Walk daily with a goal of 30 minutes each day.  Start small and bring a friend.

Sleep is truly a magical time and still a bit of a mystery to us.  But we know for sure that without it we wither and die.  Sleep is when the brain and the body heal.   Restorative sleep is necessary for a healthy vital life.  Give sleep the priority and respect it deserves.  Sleep 7-9 hours each night.    Learn how to treat apnea and insomnia.

A few decades back we decided to treat the mind and the body as separate entities.  That is simply not possible.  Your mind, your body, your nervous system, are one.  An unhealthy mind creates an unhealthy body and vise versa.  There are many paths forward to connect and heal your mind and body.  Ancient medicines understood this well and have much to teach us about whole healthy selves.  Start of meditation practice of 10 minutes a day.
