Stuck in a pain pattern with self limiting beliefs? Well, you are not alone. It is easy to get trapped in a pain cycle. You have pain, then you predict pain, then you expect pain, then there is more pain. And around and around the cycle you go. Feeling worse every day. Further limiting your ability to walk, work and participate in your life.
There is a way out.
Changing your mind, changes your body and changing your body, changes your mind.
Let's start by changing your body. Find a comfortable place to lay down, place your feet on a wall or chair with your hips and knees at a 90 degree angle. Lift your knees up slightly and stay here for 4 looooonnnng exhales.
You have changed your body. Your pelvis is now in a more supportive and stable position so you have less physical stress in your body.
Four long exhales reduces you blood pH, putting you into a state of rest and relaxation.
Do this for four cycles every morning for the next month.
You will be well along your path to becoming un-stuck.
