Slow Down Your Breathing

The average rate of respiration is 15 times a minute. Research shows that a much healthier rate is 7-10 breaths a minute.

Slower respiration is an indicator of a stronger diaphragm, a more synergistic core, and a more mobile rib cage.

The diaphragm plays a key role in respiration, posture, digestion, movement of the cerebral spinal fluid, and heart rate variability.

Try this simple exercise to create a more effective diaphragm. My patients love this exercise and feel relaxed and balanced after just a few minutes.

Breathe with Ease.

Enjoy!
