Neck, jaw and head pain is so debilitating. It is hard to focus, be kind to a partner, and a compassion human when your head hurts. Pain in the head, neck and jaw effects so much of what make us human. It effects how we eat, sleep, talk, smile, work and love. These are not insignificant daily needs. The good news is that this a very treatable problem. Most often this pain is due to tightness in a few key muscles including the SCM, scalene and pec minor. This PRI exercise will release all of those muscles at one time and feels good. I love an efficient exercise! There are two versions of this sternal release. Do the one that feels right for you. Grab your Swiss ball or blanket and follow along!
