Fix Your Posture and Reduce Your Neck Pain

In this modern world, many people must work in seated positions, usually at a computer, for many hours a day. This easy exercise will fix that broken posture and thus eliminate your neck pain. You can also do this exercise without a resistance band and simply press into the wall for resistance. Find place to sit with your back supported and follow along with me while we fix your posture.
