Let's Take a Moment to Breathe

Today I saw a lot of tired and groggy clients. Not surprisingly (see yesterday's post), lots of folks did not sleep well last night. Let's take a moment to slow down, pause and respect that our bodies are a bit off today. I would be honored if you would sit down with me and breathe for 4 minutes and 20 seconds.
