Those poor scapula have been glued to your ribs for too long!! Your shoulder is a ball and socket joint similar to your hip joint. The integration, ROM and strength of your shoulder and shoulder blade are just as important as your hip to your overall function. Join me in a couple easy exercises to gain better shoulder mobility, and reduce shoulder and neck pain so you can eat, sleep, walk and dance better.
