You need to three things to heal your body:

1. Restore neutral alignment and diaphragmatic breathing.
I will keep this brief. If you have chronic pain, you have some level of malalignment, breathing dysfunction, or orthopedic imbalance (or all of the above) causing pain and inflammation. 2. Retain your brain.
You are stressed, anxious and/or depressed. Thus you need to change your mind. Ten minutes of daily meditation will do that. I like Insight Timer app. Free with lots of great meditation options. If you would prefer a more guided approach, try the Gupta Program or Dynamic Neural Retraining System. Both offer a guided practice to move your brain out of chronic dysfunction.
3. Be consistent, consistent, consistent as you reset your 24 hour circadian rhythms.
You are a 24 hour clock. Consistency is the key to health. Go to bed at the same time, wake up at the same time, eat and the same time, move your body roughly the same amount each day. Not sexy stuff, but the path forward to easy, effortless homeostasis. The elixir of life.
