You are Over Thinking and Under Feeling

I say this to my patients every day. We live in our heads in this modern world; disembodied, disconnected and diseased. We must FEEL to live and I don't just mean your feelings. Yes, you need to FEEL mad, sad, happy, and content. You also need to FEEL your body, live in it, sense it, sense the world. What do you smell right now? See? Hear? What do you feel in your body? Tension in your neck? Pressure in your belly? Life is a whole body, including your brain, EXPERIENCE. Try to experience your life more and think less.
